The place where you live.
I’m now living alone in a rental studio apartment in Ho Chi Minh City which is one of the biggest cities in Vietnam. To be honest, I’m quite happy to be here because it’s the most modern and bustling city of Vietnam.
The room where you sleep/The room where you live
Like a paradise, my bedroom where I sleep every night is great! It’s not a big room but I feel free, warm, and comfortable for relaxing after a hard-working day at school. There are many lovely natural pictures and my family’s photos on the wall. I can do everything in my private room, so I really like it the most.
Advantages and disadvantages of living in a small house.
For a small house, your home will be cozy and comforting. Cleaning and maintenance are minimized.
It’s tough to host gatherings. Things clutter easily.
Disadvantages of living in a big house.
For a big house, it lacks coziness. I like cozy spaces. They make me feel warm, comfortable, and safe.
The change where you live/outside the house.
If I had a chance to do so, I would definitely choose to protect its environment. The city has been under rapid development/The outside of my house has a lot of vehicles, which results in air pollution (in a few places). This pollution will soon affect the health of city inhabitants. Therefore, perhaps the local government could tackle air pollution as soon as possible.
The outside of your house.
The surrounding of my house is a wide road with many planted street trees. There are some buildings are situated beside this street. A large portion of the street-side is occupied by the high school and several small tea stalls.
Your country.
I’m from Vietnam which is a beautiful and historical country. Vietnam has a very special geographical. It has a long seaside from North to South. In the Northern of Vietnam, Hanoi is the capital while Ho Chi Minh city is a metropolis in the south of Vietnam. I’m now living in HCM city which is not only very crowded but also super nice.
Advantages and disadvantages of living where you live.
HCM City is a metropolis in the south of Vietnam. The public transportation system in HCM city is a good alternative to driving yourself and dealing with the traffic and parking situation. Most of the biggest events such as sporting events, concerts, festivals, and art openings happen in HCM city. However, the higher cost of living is the first disadvantage that people typically think of when considering moving to HCM City. Additionally, HCM city is very loud and busy almost 24 hours a day.
Advises for a visitor.
If you’re looking for culture and beauty for wandering around twisty vibrant streets, definitely choose Hanoi. If you want big city vibes, with a chance to hang out with Vietnam’s young middle class in cool cafes, trendy boutiques, and rooftop bars, then check out Ho Chi Minh City. The city is bigger, busier, and harder to get around, but it still offers plenty of entertainment.
